1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Greetin ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Greetin provides AI-powered appointment scheduling for businesses, including:

  • Web and mobile appointment booking
  • AI phone receptionist for incoming calls
  • SMS and email notifications (confirmations, reminders, cancellations, reschedules)
  • Calendar and customer management

3. SMS/Text Messaging Program

Use case: Transactional appointment notifications only. We do not send marketing or promotional messages.

Our Service includes an SMS program for appointment-related messages. Our public booking page includes an optional SMS consent checkbox (unchecked by default). If you check the box when booking, you agree to receive transactional text messages; you can still book without opting in to SMS.

Every message includes: (1) business name, (2) appointment details (service, date, time, confirmation code), (3) opt-out instructions ("Reply STOP to opt out"), and (4) support option ("Reply HELP for help"). Msg freq may vary.

  • You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Reply STOP to the number from which you received the message.
  • If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Standard message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you.
  • Message frequency: Messages are sent only for appointment confirmations, reminders (e.g., 24 hours before), cancellations, and reschedules.
  • Opt-in: Reply START to re-subscribe to messages.

How Do End-Users Consent?

  1. Customers visit our public booking page at the URL below.
  2. They complete the booking flow; when prompted, they enter their phone number for appointment coordination.
  3. On the booking page, an optional checkbox (unchecked by default) appears with this disclosure next to it: "By checking this box, you agree to receive appointment-related SMS messages from [business name]. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. View our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service."
  4. If the customer checks the box, SMS consent is recorded along with their booking. Booking does not require checking the box.

Consent may also be obtained verbally during a phone call to our AI receptionist, or via the mobile app booking flow with the same checkbox.

The opt-in page at the URL above is publicly accessible and does not require login or authentication. It shows the optional SMS consent checkbox and disclosure next to the appointment booking flow.

Sample Message Content

Messages sent under this program include the business name, appointment details, and opt-out instructions. Example formats:

  • Confirmation: "Hi [Name]! Your [Service] appointment at [Business Name] is confirmed for [Date] at [Time]. Confirmation: [Code]. Reply STOP to opt out."
  • Reminder: "Reminder: Your [Service] appointment at [Business Name] is in [X] hours ([Date] at [Time]). Confirmation: [Code]. Reply STOP to opt out."
  • Cancellation: "Hi [Name], your [Service] appointment at [Business Name] on [Date] has been cancelled. Reply STOP to opt out."
  • Reschedule: "Hi [Name], your [Service] appointment at [Business Name] has been rescheduled to [Date] at [Time]. Reply STOP to opt out."

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and notify us of any unauthorized access.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable laws
  • Transmit harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other accounts
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited messages

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Greetin and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Use at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Greetin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
